Omega 3 for the maintenance of good heart and brain functions

The Omega 3 food supplement contains oil from wild fish from cold seas, rich in EPA and DHA which contributes to good heart functions and good circulation.

DHA (cervonic acid) also contributes to the good functions of the brain, to the maintenance of a normal level of cholesterol and intervenes at the level of the vision (the effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 250mg of DHA).

Dosage

1 to 2 capsules per day maximum, with a meal.

  • Fish oil: 1g
  • Vit.E: 16mg (133% Recommended Daily Allowance)


Polyunsaturated fatty acids (for 1 capsule):
  • EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) omega 3: min. 75mg
  • DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) omega 3: min. 45mg

Composition

Per capsule :
  • Omega 3 min. 35%: 500mg
  • fish oil: 500 mg
  • Natural vitamin E D-α tocopherol: 8mg
  • Capsule:
- gelatin: approximately 132mg
- glycerin: about 61mg

Without addition of: lactose, sucrose, starch, salt.
Contains neither gluten nor yeast.
The fish from which be-life fatty acids are extracted come from controlled fisheries.

Special precautions

  • Do not exceed 5g / day of EPA + DHA.
  • Only following the advice of a therapist in cases of treatment comprising anti-coagulants of the coumarin type.
  • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Ideal storage temperature: 15-25 ° C.
  • Respect the recommended daily doses.
  • Cannot replace a healthy and balanced diet.
